Two Men Beat Victim With Metal Bars, Deputy Says

The men planned Tuesday's attack on the man in his Harvester home, deputies said.

Two men attacked a man, beating him with metal bars Tuesday in the Harvester area, said a St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy.

Luke Feil, 19, whose last known address was in the 1700 block of Florine Road in St. Charles, and Anthony Ingracia Jr, 18, of the 1300 block of Drummond Court in Harvester, were charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Deputies said Feil and Ingracia entered a home in the 3400 block of Huntington Lane in Harvester intending to assault the man. The men ran at the victim, punched and kicked him and knocked him down, according to court documents.

Both men picked up metal bars and struck the man, injuring him, according to the deputy's report.

The deputy said the attack was unprovoked. Feil told deputies that anytime he can beat on the man, he will do so because he can’t stand him, according to the report.

Deputies also said Ingracia showed no remorse for striking the victim.

Both men are being held in St. Charles County jail in lieu of $25,000 bonds.
