Three Charged With Selling Cocaine to Undercover Officer in St. Charles
Police said the man involved is the drug deals is a documented gang member.
Three people face drug charges after detectives said they twice sold cocaine to an undercover officer in St. Charles.
Each of following people were charged Thursday with two counts of distributing a controlled substance and marijuana possession:
- Steven Y. Killingsworth, 23, of the 5100 block of Ridge Avenue in St. Louis
- Jaquita S. Knight, 23, of the 8300 block of Church Road in St. Louis
- Jasmine J. Miller, 23, of the 4600 block of Whispering Lake in Black Jack.
St. Charles County Drug Task Force detectives said the undercover officer bought cocaine from Killingsworth for $100 on Oct. 1 at 1640 South Fifth Street in St. Charles. He also cocaine from Killingsworth for $200 on Oct. 24 at the same location, police said.
On both occasions, Miller drove the three to and from the locations and Knight held the money from the transactions, putting it down the front of her pants, the undercover officer said in a report.
After they were arrested, police found marijuana in the car.
Detectives said in the report that Killingsworth was on probation for possession of a controlled substance and is a documented gang member.
Bond was set at $25,000 each, cash only for Killingsworth, Knight and Miller.
