St. Charles Police Department provides police reports from Jan. 25, 2013. A charge does not indicate a conviction. 

Case No. 13000684: Stealing, Gallagher Ave. An unknown subject used victims debit card information and bought an item over the internet.

Case No. 13000690: Property damage, 3000 block of Elm Street. A mail box and post were run over and damaged. Both the box and the post were left on the ground. 

Case No. 13000693: Possession of a controlled substance, Bel Rae Court. The subject's were parked on a parking lot at an apartment complex and were smoking marijuana. 

Case No. 13000691: Found property, Zumbehl Road. A wallet was found and turned into police. 

Case No. 13000696: Third degree assault, Zumbehl Road. A student got upset and began hitting the principal and another teacher.
