A St. Charles man was injured in a traffic collision last Wednesday in St. Peters . 

Christopher Cook, 43, sustained minor injuries after being involved in a crash on Aug. 15 on Interstate 70 just east of Mid Rivers Mall Drive. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report , Cook was traveling eastbound on I-70 when another driver, 26-year-old Florissant resident Joel Herr, changed lanes. 

Herr's semi-truck struck the side of Cook's 1993 Honda Civic. The impact caused minor damage to Herr's 2007 International Truck Tractor and extensive damage to Cook's vehicle. 

St. Charles County Ambulance took Cook to St. Joseph's Hospital with minor injuries.
