Chad Lange has decided to drop out of the race for the Francis Howell Board of Education, just a day after the close of filing, according to a press release from the school district.
That leaves just four people running for two open seats on the Board of Education, including incumbents Amy McEvoy and Cynthia Bice.
McEvoy, a Missouri Options teacher at Maplewood Richmond Heights High School, was first elected to the school board in 2010.
Bice also has completed one term on the board. She's the Dean of the School of Education at Lindenwood University.
