Heinrich K. Mueller, 20, of South County, was charged with first-degree burglary and felony stealing. Police said he stole jewelry over a six-week period from his next-door neighbor.

Dan -- so true. I feel bad for the future victims of these people as all but the cop shooter will be getting out of jail in a short time. Let's hope neither you nor I are one of those.
