Watkins admitted to police that he watched a pornographic video during the sexual contact. The father later discovered the pornographic DVD in his DVD player after the last incident, but he was not aware of the sexual contact, police said. The incident was reported to police.

The girl did not tell anyone in her family about the incidents until about a month ago, police said in a report.
