Man Charged With Statutory Sodomy in 2009 Incident
St. Charles Police said the man had sex with an 11-year-old child in 2009.
Dennis Noack, 54, was charged with committing two acts of statutory sodomy in 2009.

A St. Charles man is facing criminal charges of having sex with an 11-year-old child in 2009.
Dennis L. Noack, 54, of the 800 block of Spring Avenue in St. Charles, was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy.
St. Charles Police said in a report that Noack had sex two times with a child who then was 11 years old between June 1 and Aug. 31, 2009.
Bond was set at $25,000.

You should check your facts. Not that it isn't bad enough that he touched this child at all, but he did not have sex with her. She is 11 now, she was 7 at the time of the inappropriate contact. this man has children and grandchildren and while the truth is bad enough, adding insult to the injury his family has suffered is cruel, to have it done by the media is criminal!

He did not have SEX with her...oh my goodness, a child does not have SEX, a child is RAPED. What is wrong with you people, categorizing it as SEX.
