Man Charged with Beating, Choking Woman in St. Charles
Man told woman, "Don't make me go to jail because I kill you tonight," according to police reports.
A St. Charles resident is being charged for beating and choking a woman Saturday in the 300 block of Scenic Cove Lane.
Ali Hadi Abaalharith, 24, struck a woman repeatedly in the face, head and legs and choked her for at least 30 seconds, according to a St. Charles Police report.
He also stood over her holding a screwdriver and said, “Don’t make me go to jail because I kill you tonight,” the woman told police.
According to the police report, Abaalharith has assaulted the same woman multiple times and “each time has become increasingly violent.”
Abaalharith is from Saudi Arabia and is in the United States on a student visa.

Does he get to go home now? Student Visa + multiple assaults = home? right?

Mr. Abaalharith has been apparently been arrested several times, but has not been convicted. He has no other record, at least not that I'm aware of. I believe that the charges have been dropped each time. Mr. Abaalharith is innocent until he is found guilty in a court of law.

I say send him packing too before he starts picking on other women. He hasn't earned the right to be a free man in the United States of America.
