Man Charged After Requesting to Have Sex With a 12-Year-Old, Police Say

St. Charles County resident Mohammad Teimoortagh is accused of solicited sex with a minor, among other crimes, after arranging to have sex with a 14-year-old girl.

A St. Charles County man has been arrested after police say he solicited sex with a minor.

Mohammad Teimoortagh, 23, was arrested Monday, Aug. 6 by the St. Charles County Drug Task Force with the assistance by the St. Peters Police Department. Teimoortagh is accused of asking an individual for a young girl with whom to have sex.  Teimoortagh specifically asked for a 12-year-old virgin, according to the probable cause statement filed by a St. Charles County detective.

According to police, an informant told Teimoortagh she could find a 15-year-old virgin for him, but Teimoortagh said that was too old. Police say Teimoortagh told the individual his preference was for a 12-year-old girl.

Police said Teimoortagh exchanged a series of text messages and agreed to meet a 14-year-old virgin with the intention of having sexual relations. Arrangements were made to have the teen meet Teimoortagh on a hotel parking lot at the 4300 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway.

When Teimoortagh arrived, St. Peters Police officers immediately took him into custody without incident. St. Peters Police report he was found with $100 cash, the agreed upon price for the 14-year-old girl.

Police report that the 14-year-old girl never existed and no minor children were ever involved in this investigation.

Teimoortagh also had 59 grams of hashish and marijuana and $5,000 in cash stored with the drugs, according to the probable cause statement.

Teimoortagh has been charged with Attempt Sexual Trafficking of a Child Under 18 years old, Promoting Prostitution 1st, Attempt Statutory Rape 2nd, and Possession of a Controlled Substance through St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Teimoortagh is being held on a $250,000 bond at St. Charles County Jail.

So.... Now instead of a public execution to show all the other creepers out there what should happen to them. We the tax payers will have to pay for this one to get "rehabilitated". What a joke of a justice system we have.

They "the pigs" are doing there job. I'm ok with them posing as little girls online. If it helps save one real kid then keep doing it. @pete livingston, are the cops making it difficult for you to be perv? Is that why you don't like what they do?

If the police are out there posing as drug dealers or pimps for little girls you have nothing to worry about, unless of course you are in the market for drug or little girls! I'm proud of our community for taking a proactive approach to getting these people off the street before they harm someone's child!

Pete, your a joke. Are you seriously concerned about a pervert? I am much happier that a "pig" is posing as a 14 year old, it is a matter of time before he found one.

I feel like this was a setup for the drugs. The informant was for the drug task force, he had drugs on him and a lot of cash, they've probably been on to him for a while.

Seriously, does there really need to be a discussion? They just arrested a drug dealing pedophile a mile and a half from my neighborhood on his way to rape a child(his intent was clear) and his boldness screams that he is not new to this. I would gladly give a medal to the "snitch" that told on him. Kudos!...next!

Yes, his intent was clear because A. the police arrested him? B. the news reported it? You people need to be arrested yourselves for violating this mans rights, have you ever heard of a little thing called "Innocent until proven guilty". You can read all the different versions of this story online and see that NOTHING is clear about this. I will be elated when the lawsuit is settled and this family is wealthy beyond your hopes and dreams.

I am amazed I live in this close of proximity of such stupidity. He should be glad the cops got him before someone like me.

I love how all you media brain washed people believe this bologna. And you believe the words of a drugged up hooker? This is so bogus especially cause not ONE site has the same story and the police don't either. You may want to lock yourselves in your own home, they pigs will probably try and make a bogus charge about you too.
