Athlete of the Week: Casey Teson

School: St. Charles High

Sports: Boys basketball; soccer 

Teson received 86 percent of the vote and easily won Patch's first-ever St. Charles County Athlete of the Week. For winning, Patch caught up with Teson to ask him a few questions.

What is your favorite part about playing sports for your high school?

 Teson: You get to practice everyday.

How long have you been playing sports?  

Teson: Since I was 3 years old.

Any future plans, such as playing in college? And if so, where? 

Teson: I haven’t really thought about it.

Do you have any pregame rituals you take part in? And if so, what are they? 

Teson: Before games I try to find a basket to do some form shooting.

Who are your biggest influences and why? 

Teson: My Grandpa because he taught me the game of basketball.

Favorite non-school related activity? 

Teson: Playing basektball

If you could have dinner with any three people in history, who would they be?

Teson: Steve Nash, Kevin Durant and Jeremy Lin
