The 7th annual Shower of Love, an event that focuses on prevention of child abuse and neglect, will be held in April, 2013 and we'd love to you have your company's, church's or club's help with our event!

The Shower of Love is a St. Charles Countywide collection drive for basic baby-care items (diapers, wipes, bottles, formula, etc.) and benefits moms and babies at 9 local agencies: Crisis Nursery, Youth in Need, Birthright of St. Charles and Wentzville, Our Lady's Inn, Mary Queen of Angels, ThriVe St. Louis, The Sparrow's Nest Maternity Home and Nurses for Newborns.  The event is sponsored by The Community and Children's Resource Board.

You can help by hosting a collection drive during the month of April, by volunteering at one of 17 grocery stores in St. Charles County on Thursday, April 25, or by dropping off a donation at Mid Rivers Mall, St. Johns Banks, New Frontier Banks or any St. Charles County City-County Library District branches from April 1 to 23.
